Q: Can I book YurtBar for a private event?

A: Yes, absolutely! YurtBar offers private venue hire options, allowing you to host your exclusive event in a unique and memorable setting. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, corporate function, or any special occasion, we can customise the experience to suit your preferences.

Q: What facilities and amenities does YurtBar provide?

A: YurtBar venues are equipped with everything you need to ensure a fantastic experience, including cozy yurts and marquees, comfortable seating, heating, lighting, bars serving a variety of drinks, catering options, entertainment facilities, and more.

Q: How do I make a Christmas party booking with YurtBar?

A: To book a YurtBar Christmas party, simply click here and follow the booking process.

Q: Can I pay via BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System) for my booking with YurtBar?

A: Yes, we accept payments via BACS for bookings with YurtBar. To book and pay via BACS, click Book Now, follow the booking process and then select BACS payment rather than card. you will then receive an invoice with payment details.

Q: What if I don’t have final guest numbers yet?

A: It’s always best to speak to our friendly team if you’re unsure, as they can suggest which tables have a bit more flexibility.

Q: Can I add any guests on at a later date?

A: If the tables you have chosen have the space, then of course. It’s worth speaking to our team prior to booking if you think you may want to do this down the line.

Q: Is there parking available at YurtBar venues?

A: Yes, there is a designated car park at both YurtBar Leeds and YurtBar Manchester.

Q: Do you have an alternative menu for dietary requirements?

A: We certainly do! You can find this here. If your dietary or allergy isn’t on there, we are very flexible, as are our caterers so just get in touch regarding your requirements.

Q: What if I need to cancel my tickets?

A: The 25% deposit is non-refundable to cover any admin costs and loss of earnings. If tickets are cancelled before the final balance is due on 1st October 2024 (whether the final balance has been paid yet or not), the balance payment will be calculated as follows:
i. No balance payment due if tickets cancelled before 1st August 2024.

ii.50% of balance payment due if tickets cancelled after 1st August 2024 and before 1st September 2024

iii. 75% of balance payment due, if tickets cancelled after 1st September 2024 and before 1st October 2024 iv. Full balance due if tickets cancelled after 1st October 2024
